What level of fitness is required?

The walk is described as ‘moderate’ grade on paved and sandy tracks.

It is not suitable for wheel frames and wheelchairs. The total distance is 38 kms over 4 days (14 kms on Day 2)

with plenty of breaks for interpretive guiding and photo opportunities.
